We respect your right to control your personal data. If you would like to delete your CattleLogic account and associated data, you can submit a request using the form below.

What gets deleted

Your user account and profile information
Operation membership and role assignments
Device tokens and push notification registrations
Personal identifiers and login credentials

What is retained (anonymized)

To comply with financial record-keeping and audit obligations, certain operational records are retained in anonymized form after account deletion:

Historical cattle transaction records (purchase/sale receipts)
Financial records, invoices, and billing history
Feed event and treatment audit trails

These records are disassociated from your personal identity and cannot be traced back to you after deletion is complete.

Timeframe

Account deletion requests are processed within 30 days of receiving your verified request. You will receive an email confirmation once your data has been removed.
